Hi can any one create auto frame break check addon in aurora [the tool should run in background

for example when admin should open the addon and start run it should go through all active adds and create a list of Frame break sites and change its status from active to pending "waiting for approval"  so that admin can approve it later when the issue resolves

the admin can be able to select threading speed for example if he sets 10 than the tool should check at speed of 10 links
the addon should go through each active  links like ebizrotator.net/sitecheck.php?ok=1&url=http://ezinearticles.com/ for 5 seconds if the open frame do not respond after xx second than it should mark it as bad and if the frame reponds after 5 seconds than it should mark it as ok

any idea of how this could be accomplish ?
