you get ipn from alertpay,please go on buxhost demo site and it is explained there how to do it

It all depends what are you expecting form your site. If you want to make money from advertisers you should go with extremely low ad rates so you can sell ad packages for low price...
Also it depends from your budget. Give more info about your idea, what kind of site are you looking to open.

That is highly subjective question. All depends on your budget and Plans. If you have low budget, You will go with Aurora. Aurora sites click rates range from $0.0001 to $0.001 and up. Advertising price will too be accordingly. The less you charge, the more sales you get. But have to keep in mind the quality and depends on number of members. As Horus said, You need to provide a bit more info to enable members guide you

IPN will allow you to receive payments to your alertpay account from your site sales. You need to input the above link in your Alertpay IPN setup page like http://www.yoursitename.com/payment.php
