I dont think there's upgrade - evrybody have uniform 10% ref. earnings . Take a look at my earnings on the attachment from 4/2/2013-4/13/2013.
Yeah the trick here is to refresh ads after 5 minutes or so and follow instruction so you dont get warning but if you do it will expire in 24 hours one by one. dont go over 3 warnings or your account will be suspended.

well im not sure but im earning about $1 dollar a day, maybe it depends on the country. The trick is stay on the site, every 5 minutes click on the "start earning" button to refersh it, and you get ads eaither from view sites or regular sites, but most time its view sites. Also visit the search pages, if you follow instruction correctly, you get 50 ayuwage credites from it.

And yes you will get banned if you go over 3warnings, you can avoid warnings if you are extra careful to follow instruction, you eaither stay 10 or 20 minutes and you have to click on the links whatever is the instruction.
