6. You have the authority to delete your first level, but all his/her downlines will removed too.

7. After deleting your referrals on level 1, the next direct referrals who will upgrade to matrix account after that time will be your 1st level referrals that will replace on the level 1 available slot.

8. You will earn everytime your downline renew their membership.

9. You can only buy matrix membership from the matrix purchase balance, you cannot use main balance, rental balance and advertiser balance to buy matrix membership.

10. If your membership expired, all your downlines will be gone and you will start again from a scratch.

11. All spillover will go to EssenceClix.

12. You can cashout unlimited.

13. Minimum cashout is $5.00.

14. All matrix earning will go to your matrix earned balance.

15. Cashout is daily.
