I tried to ping the site and I it timed out.

I used the fancy site checker and I got the following.

It's not just you! http://tuibux.com looks down from here.

There was no messages sent to members about a planned outage.

They have paid over $900 in the past 3 days, so I don't really think they would scam. Maybe the CPU usage was over the server's maximum ability to hold it and they are just switching hosts or fighting with the server. I don't know, all I remember was there was a lot of chaos due to the referral contest. Way too much traffic.

Sorry about the downtime. We were having and are still experiencing issues with our DNS and nameserver. We're working hard with our host to resolve these issues.

Hopefully next time they will send out a notice if they anticipate an outage.

Yes, it is back. And they too apologize for unnoticed maintenance. After all they are new on this business. So it will take some time for them to be hardcore. After all man learns from experience.
