Does anybody know, where should i go if i need a good programmer to make a chat messenger like Yahoo, Pal, Beylux etc ? The chat messenger should have text, video and audio feature with different color account names. If you know, do you think, i can make it for $5000 ?

Can't get your question, sorry. I'm just want to make a chat messenger like that. And looking for a developer site or a good programmer.

It's better to do this with a programmer, cause in future, i need him/her for some maintenance and upgrade.
