At manage ads ->paid to click ->settings

List Paid Links? 
Subtitles? 
Banners? 
Display 'Premium-Only-Ads' Alert?

Maybe your site is a bit different on the inside. I have these in my settings:
Paid To Click:    
List Paid Links?   
Require Admin Approval?    
Enable Surf All links?

Try searching at tools and settings then

ah damm , iv been searching from yesterday

if you have and older version that doesnt have the enable oir disable n admin say 2.1.5 version go to the members folder and find click.php

look for this code

right after that before the </tr> paste this code

now you will have the surf all links on your ptc page.


to remove t from your site just delete the second group of code
