is there a way to extract emails from the database?

i  need to collect all emails of members from my sites, in a project im planing to start to improve services for everyone, its like integrating all of them into one mailing list,

anyone? need help please

thanks i will try that..i wont use it for spam that's a promise..

and maybe you can edit the post so others with not so good intentions wont find them
