I have an idea for a new type of website. I know for a fact this type of website does not exist.

I am looking for more of a partnership rather than me just pay you an we go separate ways.

You will be making the script, fixing bugs, and occasionally coming out with updates.
I will be running the site, and possibly in the future setting up something like buxhost.

Profits will be split 50/50. This job could be very beneficial for any programmer, imagine if every job you did payed you forever.

I do not want to sell the script to anyone! The only way another person will be able to use the script is if I decide to do the buxhost type deal.
If we release the script it gets leaked and all our work is useless.
