I can't track what messages did I send and I also don't see my replies. Please fix this.

I just tested with a tester account and works fine here, you must make sure under your profile and personal message settings you select "Save a copy of each Personal Message in my outbox by default."

OR when sending a Personal Message below the message you can manually select "Save a copy in my outbox" under each message

Basically PM's wont be saved to your outbox by default you must choose this option!
