Not that this shouldn't have been obvious with their claims how much you could earn but here's an interesting blog post about this site:

They are gathering emails and will promote scams (which are likely owned by the admin of thebestdealyet) to take your money.
Examples of these scams are YourTrafficIncome.com and FlashAdCash.com
