I know that mindbux had posted on their site that they had trouble with their payment processors. They then had ads available to click when they came back online that were worth up to .10 cents per click. It is not possible to maintain a stable PTC site paying members that much. They removed request payout from their website as well. However you are still able to purchase referrals. I do not believe that they will pay their members anymore and soon the site will cease to exist.

Of course they're not paying members, but it's still a good place to click and redeem for ads. $.10 and $.05 are your only advertising options now.
