not a ponzi.. they just invest in markets.. it isn't guaranteed you will make a profit technically...

Profit is guaranteed but any HYIP might go to scam at any time. Currently i've done some research and there is a lot of HYIP monitors around, so at the moment Victory-Path can be trusted.
