The site just delete all of my PTC ads that I believe still have quite some PTC credits inside.
I already contact them and hope receive their explanation soon,
else will charge back everything I purchase through PayPal.

24 hours since first contact letter sent.
48 hours till PayPal dispute.

Problem solved.

Reason they delete it: They said ads expired (I not sure too)
Reason they didn't reply me: They said they didn't receive it

Anyways,
dispute will close (of course without charge).
I think the business continues.
