With that budget you can get only shared hosting.

Seriously, if you don't know most things here and you can't manage to get a dedicated server then you shouldn't run a ptc just yet.

haha it seems ptc now are all self-sponsored websites with ponzi schemes.. im gonna bring ptc back to a former glory when real advertisers got results and members didn't try to cheat the systems..

I can give you a space in my dedicated server. but i'll limit your bandwidth and ram power just like a shared hosting .
Also i'll host hundreds of other sites with you just because its shared.

PTC needs dedicated and powerful hosting. Get one at least before starting a PTC. PTC's cant depend on shared hosting.

It seemed easier to run a site but the reality is different and I admit I kindda hurried with it but I cant just back off now. I dont wanna give up and it's normal to ask questions, that way I learn too.
And its not I can't manage to get a dedicated server, all I found so far were over $30 and I'm not sure I need that already, the site isn't so large.

People will always try to cheat...
