Aurora4You isn't a scam . Like syntonic said he doesnt need registrations and his PayPal account has been verified for 3 years hasnt even been shut down yet

its not really "scammish" to require an upgrade before cashing out.
However it is if the site used to allow free members to cashout and then changed it to upgraded only. (e.g. Pampered Pets, Little Swan Clicks)

in the case of aurora4you, they have always had the "must be upgraded" rule in place.
I'm just personally not a fan of being required to upgrade but meh if its a good site, why not?

I'm not new in the PTC business and the site is 100% financially sustainable.

I not need registration, I need active members. On Dj-Clix.info I have more than 7000 registration . .

We need active registration.
We are not sites who want to have a false member statistic like 90% of the PTC world. Read the TERMS, Inactive user will be deleted...lol, but lots of sites never delete them.  This is a SPAM...and only you will be affected.
