I Think It Is A Good Idea To Have Site Exchange.
Site Exchange Is Just Like Referral Exchange
For Example.

User 1 Says "Join My www.example.webs.com Website And Become Active Member."
User 2 Says "I Will Join Your example.webs.com But In Exchange You Have To Join My www.example2.webs.com"
User 1 Says "Joined Your example2.webs.com"
User 2 Says "Also Joined Your Example.webs.com"

And This Is Like Referral Exchange
