i know but why would a host scam? and i had already bought hosting there so i decided to not let it go to waste since they wouldn't give me a refund i purchased a years worth :

This is what they said to me...
Hello everyone,
as you can all tell we had some problems on one of the servers the last couple days .
This was due to hardware issues caused by an attempted hacking on that server.
we completely lost the hard drive right in the middle of daily and weekly backups.
this caused us a severe data loss and the server was knocked offline.Thanks to the unending efforts of our provider ryleejames we have been able to rescue the sites but at a cost of several days lost.We apologize for all of this but it was beyond ours or the providers control.If you have newer backups for your sites than what the site is showing now please feel freeto email them to us and we will get the site sorted for you.
i will keep everyone up to date on the issues and what we are doing to fix everything during the day tomoroow and also the billing will be updated correctly in the next 12 hours.
