[Assault]

Hello,

This is my personal addon, I created this week, it was all easy until I had come up to the time part, limiting users to how long till their next payment but I figured it out. If anyone finds any bugs please post them here.

- Max Request Amount
- Select days till person can request next cash out
- Cleaned up Withdraw settings page
- Has been tested throughly on my localhost site
