Make sure you select a hosting company that accepts PTC websites.

You can contact your hosting company and ask them to import the database for you or you can login to your cPanel and go into phpMyAdmin. Select your database and click on Import from the top.

You're basically done.

x Login to Cpanel and click on "Backups"
x Click on your database name under "Download a MySQL Database Backup"
x Download the database and extract it to your computer
x Login to your new Cpanel and click "MySQL Databases"
x Create a new database & a database user and add the user to the database
x Go back to your Cpanel home page and click "phpMyAdmin" and click on the database's name you just created on the left side
x Click "import" on the top of the page, then browse your computer and enter the database file you downloaded from the old Cpanel.
x Click "go" on the bottom right once you have entered the database file and your database will begin to upload.

You will need to wait awhile until the database is fully uploaded so dont close/change the page.

You are now done Smiley

lol, lost count of the times I have told people @ EMS NOT to use Byethost/SecureSignup

- its your own fault, they didn't scam you, try reading their Terms or asking their support before you adding PTC.

You're lucky you didn't get your site on the spam blacklist for sending mass mails - which they also don't allow and charge $20 to fix  laugh
