i tried many hostings , but honestly snoork is one of the best i ever tried so far
good support and they manage to fix problems fast and they do their best , if you are looking for good host for ptc , they should be your first choice

True. But I only offer those prices because I got a really cheap reseller plan. Even if it looks like it doesn't worth what I paid. Server down since yesterday and no news

Next time I'll buy a reliable reseller, not like this one turned bad

The reseller was cheap as they probably buying cheap elsewhere.  You need to cut out as many middlemen.

I bought another account from another hosting provider. This time it's located in France. Last one was in Germany and I saw other 2-3 german servers down these days.

Why not look for a hosting service in US or Sweden? United States and Sweden seem to have the latest State of the Art technology when it comes data center infrastructure.

Sweden - Underground data center facility that can withstand an atomic bomb.

For a VPS that costs $3.99 you can expect lots of downtime and not a good service.
