Not a serious ref exchanger, I was being active at eventually 3 sites for him, he wasn't able to commit to even 50% activity of only 1 of mine; after repeated inqueries he asserted he will be active, yet suddenly stopped clicking at all and 0 communication since simoultaneously being online on EMS.
