Anybody managed to quit smoking nicotine? Used to be a heavy smoker. Managed to reduce cigarettes but quit totally seems kinda hard.

Anybody some advice on how to manage it?

I wish I knew. I quit several times but I still smoke. It's hard to get rid of this habit.

You won't quit until you understand why you need it for. I tried different ways to stop smoking cigs, (dropped abruptly, reduced the quantity, vaped, chewed nicotine gums from canada pharmacy, watched scary videos, and listened to podcasts). Nevertheless, I didn't stop until face health issues. When I mentally understood that my health is in danger, I finally quit.
