This site requires you to invest money to get the money for clicking ads out again. TOS states that you can only request payout of 120% of your investment (e.g. after collecting 1$ you\'d have to invest 5$ to finally request payout of 6$).

It's been around for almost a year now.

Then you can dispute the transaction within 60 days of payment.

I guess the surfer dude is probably a scammer then... laugh
Ask him via support ticket on his site.
If he doesn't respond, post a scam complaint in the complaint section!
