That's why i never recommend this broker, besides myself experience with that broker.

Insta platform have a lot of freeze and requote, not suitable for my trading style.

Instaforex status come from procedure called FPA Traders Court.

If you are a trader and have problem with broker, you can post your problem to open a case.
Then FPA facilitates those conversation between trader and broker representatives.

So anything status given is conclusion after sort of conversation between those two, it's not just Admin review by himself.

I think those trader court is the best things for trader that FPA forum have. Just think if you as a person have problem with broker as a company.

As long the review is relevant, we must take that into account wether to trust the broker for managing our investment or not.

Afterall it's your decision, it's your money anyway.
