Basically: You click the box and have the chance to earn a prize (like clixgrid.)
Every ad you view gets you 2 chances to click on that box
Those chances must be used within 30 minutes of earning them
The ads that fill that box are ads that have already been purchased for normal clicks- the longer exposure of an ad you purchase, the more "free" clicks you get.

Well, yet another brilliant idea from Fernando & co. though not fully innovative idea - as the basic concept have from the Grid - though it's much better than that.
