This is my firs negative post. I don't usually do that but right now I think that it will be better for others to know.

Somewere around 01.06.2010 I've requested a payment fron The Clickers (http://www.theclickers.net/ptc).
Their TOS says 15 businees days before I receive my money. So I wait ...
After 5 days I have seen that my payment was canceled , not by me, so I've asked on their forum what was the problem. After anothe 2 days I've received a mail from one of the moderators. It says : Hello,
i deleted our posts, admin said that he did sent you an email
about this, but probably you didnt get it because of yahoo.
Yahoo and hotmail put many messages in the spam folder.
You have to add admin@theclickers.net in your "white" or "safe" list
or change your email to receive messages....
Anyway since the amount is back to your account you can ask again
for a payment "
I said ok, let's ask again ... so on 15.06 I've requested a new payment.
But I didn't receive anything by now. 5 days ago I send the following mail to the support :

"Hello Admin,

I have a payment of 6.01$ in pending from 15.06.2010 .
Your TOS says :
" Payments
You can request for payment once your account balance is at least $5.50. Your payment will be processed and issued within 14 business days. Usually in less than 24 hours. You can only request one payment at the time.  "

It's the second time when I have problems with my payment so I aspect an answer directly from you. First time you canceled my payment without any explanation.
When I've asked on your forum what is the problem one of your moderators told me that
you send me an e-mail and I have to request my money again.
I did that and it's over 25 business day from when I did that.
And still my payment did not came.
I also tried today to post in forum a question about that and
I realised that now I can'e even post on forum.
I did not clicked on your ant-cheat link, I dont have multiple accounts or something like that
and I didn't have any problems with you before I did an upgrade. And now I'm full of doubts ...
 
So please tell me what is the problem. I took from my pocket almoust 19 $ to buy an upgrade on your site
and after that I didn't received any payment. First cancelled now not paid.

And still nothing. I've tried to write a new post on their forum but it seems that I cannot do that anymore. I can acces my account from forum, I can see all the messages, but I can't post anything.

You have to understand that I am one of the upgraded people from 2 years ago. So I don't now what to think right now.
Are they already a SCAM , or are about to become ?

If anyone have a similar problem with them please reply to this thread.

I hope TheClickers is not a scam. I have a balance of $4.29 there and have never been able to access their froum. I always get this message- An Error Has Occurred! Sorry Guest, you are banned from using this forum!

Same situation here about $4.11 in account.
Recently bought the upgrade as well
  should not became a scam, its a large network

The Clickers is not scam...  yet!

They may be paying someone but I am upgraded and have not been paid on a request made June 11.

The same problem for me. I am waiting for my payment much more than one month already. I also send a support ticket to them after 15 business days (according TOS) but they did not answered during one month. As a result I stopped clicking there

i'm in the same situation: upgraded member, requested the payout since 15 July and after 1 month i did not receive the money.

when i post a message in their forum waiting explanation (in a dedicated section Like / Dislike) they delete my account with 300 reffs, pending request around 8 usd, another 2 usd in the current account.
