If you wouldn't mind telling him/her to email support@truclix.com - I need to verify their account with a valid AlertPay/PayPal as they were sharing IP's with other users. Their $1 fee will be refunded once their account is verified, but that's the reason why their account was deleted. I have their account and info on file so I can easily recover it once verified.
