The answer to the topic is very simple: the first question ´What is Gagabux?´ I would answer with ´Gagabux is a bux following the Bux.to model´. Lately all sites try to imitate Neobux imposing all kinds of limitations (directs, ads, pricing&values,etc.). Gagabux believes that  is the wrong way and follows the bux.to model trying to improve it. I think it´s not the worst idea to investigate in that direction...
The second question, if it´s scam or not, we have to answer with no right now, because they are still paying. Late and delaying more and more, but they are paying. Unless to pay late is considered scam.

Yes gagabux is a big scam.

1) They dont get money from people clicking the ads.
80% of the ads is clickbank landing pages, gagabux only gets money if someone purchases.
the rest of the ads are self-sponsored, linking to pages on gagabux.com & gagabux on facebook/alexa,
and forum posts of the admin & his alter ego's cashouts.

2) 90% of rented referrals are bots, most of them programmed to make you lose money.
I've seen the rented referral counter go from 1 to 6000 in some minutes.
Also one day i got 900 clicks from rented referrals, the next day was half (not just for me but for my friends too, this can be explained by admin adjusting programming of the bots)

3) Accounts are suspended without reason. Every forum post must be approved by admin (this to prevent people who got scammed warning the rest).

4) site is whois protected and only physical address is some telephone number in the isle of man (frequently used by scammers)

So basically there is a couple of ways this scam is guaranteed to bring in cash to the admin, all through fools 'investing' their own money, expecting
to make huge profits:
some examples how the admin gets money:
- people renting referrals with their own money
- people buying silver membership with their own money
- people buying lottery tickets with their own money.

Like any pyramid scheme the admin uses some of his profits to pay earlier members to make it seem legit,
but its one big scam, and unsustainable since the ads do not give the site enough real money to pay out.

Do not invest your own money here, you will come to regret it!

Sounds exactly like Palm and Neo to me. If you can't control the rented refs clicks, then your gone. That's why Buxhost sites can't last. There will be one day when everyone clicks and suddenly the owner is down several hundred. You can't really do bux sites without a zillion direct refs. How Neo made it through the period when all the free members cashed out at the same time is beyond me .... but I wasn't around when they started. Gaga is probably going through a phase where they will either make it or not. If they gain a good reputation through this like Palm and Neo they'll probably keep going. If too many members take a hike, they're gone.

OK, I think it's important to be clear about the meaning of "scam."  Some people seem to think that as long as a site is still paying, it is not "scam" yet. That is absolutely not true. A site is scam, right from Day 1, if it does not have a sustainable business model.

I can set up a Ponzi Scheme, asking for $100 from 10 people, with the promise of 20% guaranteed profit in 6 weeks. That is a scam. I may pay out a few people--I may out all of them for a while!--and continue taking re-investment dollars and attracting new customers. Maybe I can keep the ponzi going for 6 months, or maybe (like Bernie Madoff) for a number of years. But as long as the revenue is coming primarily from members rather than from actual product (ad sales), then it's a scam, right from the very first day.

There is no reason for a site with a legitimate business model to change its click rates, or delay in paying cash-outs. Those are the signs of an unsustainable business model, which is switching to delay tactics while it tries to buy some more time.

I don't agree with you!

All bux sites are destined to fail one day. There is no "if" but only "when". This is because of the scheme in which it is constructed.

Although there are many sites that pay their members for years. Where do you find the right to classify them as scam?

In my opinion the meaning of "scam" for ptc sites is: Not paying or not giving to the members the opportunity to get payed (without investment or meaningless rules)

From my point of view is  (gagabux scam)

because did not pay for more than a month any money
and
because a lot of people were demanding their money with them and was delayed in payment, and some did not take his money until now.

Your Cashout Request is in the queue $18.69 (04/16/2010).

Even worse... They are definitely scam.
