Paypal apparantly disabled Mass Payments on ALL accounts and you have to call them and they will review your account manually and enable it

Several people I spoke to have had this told to them and mine was Disabled but now enabled  big grin

UPDATE:
Hello all

An Update from Paypal CS says:
August 11th 2011 - The Mass Payments Function will no longer be enabled for new customers and existing customers will have it disabled and will only be re enabled on request which takes up to 48 hours as long as the Paypal account is in good standing

I sent them an email, hopefully I don't have to call them...I hate phone calls..but it doesn't sound like anything bad.

I sent them an email, hopefully I don't have to call them...I hate phone calls..but it doesn't sound like anything bad.

With a phone call the issue can get escalated so you get a faster solution.

So this means that all sites using instant payments will get hundreds of chargebacks in the next few days because "nervous" users will think that they are not paying?
